Neck, Shoulder & Back Pain
Carefully curated classes of Pilates & Pre-Pilates matwork exercises designed to address common discomforts such as headaches, sore necks, and tense shoulders.
These simple yet effective movements focus on mobilising the joints of the skull, cervical spine, and thoracic spine, providing relief from tension caused by "tech neck" and other desk-related strains.
For those experiencing stiffness or chronic lower back pain (without pathology), this series offers targeted relief from aches caused by prolonged sitting—whether at a desk, in the car, or in other seated positions.
